The correct way to using mine safety helmet and notices

The mine safety helmet should be used during its useful life and it must conform to rules, if they are used in wrong way, it will not play the protective role.
Please note following matters when use the safety helmet
1 Before wearing, please adjust the back belt in proper position according to your headform and fasten the elastic belt.
2 Please note don’t wear the helmet with off-center, otherwise, it will be reduced the cushioning effect.
3 Fasten the chin strape.
4 Don’t open the air hole randomly
5 Don’t dismantle or add something on the safety helmet
6 Regular checking safety helmet, once defect founded, please replace immediately.
7 The helmet without cushion is not allowed to use
8 Don’t take off or sit on the helmet when working.
9 It is not allowed to stock with acid, alkali, high temperature, insolution and damp etc.
10 Please check the completeness and the manufacturer’s certificate
11 The safety helmet can not only prevent collisions, but also has the effect of insulation, please wear safety helmet when work indoors, especially for the live working
12 Keep clean and keep far distance with fire and don’t brush paint. Sitting on the helmet is not allowed. Without safety helmet, it is not allowed to enter the construction site.
13 Safety helmet should be used in the period of validity. The life span of knitted safety helmet ≤2 years, plastic safety helmet ≤2.5 years, glass reinforced plastic safety helmet ≤3.5 years
14 Any modification will cause danger, unless in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations
15 Applicable temperature of safety helmet is -10℃~+50℃
16 It is not allowed to stock with acid, alkali, high temperature, insolution and damp etc. Clean with neutral detergent, avoid baking
