1.If there is potential shock hazard, workers should wear insulated safety shoes.
2.The insulated safety shoes cannot assure 100% protection against electrical shock, and the extra-testing for avoiding such dangers should be necessary. Such test should be part of the daily risk assessment procedures.
3.Under the term of usage, the insulated performance of the safety shoes should be conforming to the requirements.
4.During application period, the insulated performance of the safety shoes might be adversely affected by nick, cutting, abrasion, or chemical contamination. Therefore, the regular inspection is necessary. The damaged safety shoes cannot used.
5.The insulated safety shoes cannot be used in places where there is the materials that will contaminate the outsole materials of the shoes, such as chemicals. Using the insulated safety shoes will affect the insulated function of the safety shoes in such dangerous workplaces.
6.While wearing the safety shoes, the workers are suggested to adopt proper testing methods.
7.Please prevent the insulted safety shoes from being damped. If the shoes has been damped, please don't wear it, but you can put it in the ventilated and schatting places to make it dry, which will help you to avoid the deformation and damage of the shoes. If the outsole is impaled, it definitely cannot be used.
8.The voltage and leakage current value of the prevention-tested insulated safety shoes should be conforming to the requirements of the standard. Every valid term of the prevention test result should not be more than 6 months.
9.The safety shoes should not contact pointed, acid, alkali, or high temperature materials. During storage, the safety shoes should be stored in dry and ventilated warehouse, which will prevent the shoes from being moldy. Moreover, the shoes should be placed 0.2M away from the ground and wall.
10.The storage period is 24 months. If a pair of shoes is storaged for more than 24 months, the preventive electric performance tested should be adopted. Only if the shoes pass the test, it can be used.
11.Please pay attention to the maintenance of the upper of insulated safety shoes and often polish your safety shoes. While polishing your shoes, please use clean soft cloth firstly to wipe off the dust on the shoes, and squeeze some shoe polish on the cloth, then pain the polish on the shoes upper, wait for a moment, finally use the cloth polish your boot.
12. The insulated safety shoes should not contact oil, acid, alkali, and pointed materials, or the boot will be corroded and deform.
3. Colorful insulated safety shoes should not touch sewage, tea, cola, etc., or there will be dirty mark on the safety shoes, which will corrode the safety shoes.
14.If insulated safety shoes are moisture or wetted by feet sweat, there will be salt efflorescence on the shoes, then you should use cloth or cotton to dip in a little warm water, and use the wet cloth or cotton to wipe off the salt efflorescence on the shoes. After that, please put the shoes in the ventilated place till it become dry, then polish the shoese repeatedly, finally the shoese will be the same one as before.
15.Please put flatwise the insulated safety shoes in the proper place, and keep the shoes neat and dray as well as polish the shoes. If the shoes have been storaged for a long time, please keep it ventilated and dry, and then repolish the shoes to prevent it from being moldy.
